## What is SwapRunn?

SwapRunn connects automotive dealerships with independent drivers for seamless vehicle delivery, trade-in pickups, and dealer-to-dealer swaps.

FOR DEALERSHIPS:
Request a delivery the moment a deal is signed. Set pickup and drop-off locations, include paperwork and down payment instructions, and track every job in real time on your dispatch calendar. Your team stays on the floor. Your cars keep moving.

- One-way deliveries, vehicle swaps, and service/loaner runs — all in one app
- Dispatch calendar with day-by-day job visibility
- Dealer plate checkout and tracking for test drives
- Real-time job status: pending, accepted, in transit, delivered
- Driver messaging built in

FOR DRIVERS:
Pick up delivery jobs on your schedule. See job details, navigate to pickup/drop-off, and get paid for runs completed.

SwapRunn eliminates the scheduling chaos of texts, spreadsheets, and phone tag — replacing it with one dispatch system built specifically for dealership logistics.
