### 4/5 — Add Auditory Reaction Section

*2026-08-26*

Good enough app for concussion testing, only critique would be that I think an auditory section would be beneficial in determining the severity of concussion testing, especially for students whose primary symptoms include vertigo/inner ear/auditory-related issues or brain fog that contributes to hearing reaction time, which is my primary symptom after a head injury (especially for students with previous TBIs, like myself). Thanks.

### 2/5 — Kicking me out

*2026-08-18*

Before the first test even begins, the site kicks me out and makes me put EVERYTHING back in and do the flat ground phone test again. I’ve tried different things but it keeps doing this.

### 1/5 — Medical App

*2026-06-23*

This app is atrociosus with the log in speed and time. I’ve tried to reset my password for the last 3 hours and haven’t gotten an email at all. Sometimes it says Log in Failed on loop when I try to log in once further closing the app by itself. If any schools are thinking about using this app for concussions. DONT Its super non user friendly

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-03-07*

The tests are very clearly unrealistic because how hard the tests are even to do. I don’t even have a concussion. I’m falling over left and right I can’t keep myself up. They have you doing the same thing multiple times even though. you’ve already done that thing like three times I don’t think this is the best way to see if you have a concussion

### 1/5 — THIS APP RUINED MY LIFE

*2026-08-27*

THIS APP WAS MADE BY THE DEVIL HIMSELF! I was peacefully preparing for soccer season, and then my coach told me I need to take this test. What I did not know? This test would almost lead to my death. Basically, the test makes you do a bunch of non sense like balancing on one foot with your eyes closed. I did this at my local pier, and a woman thought I was insane And called the cops on me. I had to explain to the cops that I’m not crazy and was just doing a “concussion test”. After this, I slipped SMACKED MY HEAD, and rolled down off the pier into the water where I was thrn bit Bt a shark. I am now almost dead because of one test.

### 1/5 — Absolute Booty

*2026-08-20, version 6.1.3*

I was required to do this in high school PE class and when we started it felt alright. But then this dumb app detected movement for one of the tests when I didn’t even move and made me restart the whole test again. Absolute booty do NOT use this app it sucks.

### 5/5 — Great and simple.

It was easy, and I needed it for sports, it helped a lot.

### 5/5 — Athletic Trainer ❤️

*2024-10-19*

As an Athletic Trainer, I wish I could give Sway 10 stars. I don’t know what all these 1 and 2 star reviews are about, but I highly doubt they’re actual clinicians. Concussion testing SHOULD be thorough, not only take 2 minutes and be done. And if you’ve taken other computer based test, you know that Sway is much faster and more efficient than that. Also make sure to run the hardware verification before testing so it can ensure the accelerometers in your phone are calibrated correctly. The ease of use and the ability to use codes for baseline and individual athlete testing is amazing!

### 5/5 — Wonderful, easy to use

*2024-10-16*

Athletic Trainer for Middle and High School athletes here— wonderful, easy to use—especially in group settings for baseline testing. Love the remote ability for post injury testing. Easy to read results even for laypeople. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Robin L Cecil, PT, DPT, SCS

*2024-08-27, version 5.5.11*

Sway medical is bringing healthcare closer to home, especially at the youth ages where they usually don’t have access to anything medical until after the fact. Being able to provide a baseline for athletes is what I do and this has been a very valuable resource. I have hard data that tells me when I need to pull kids from the field. It also informs coaches and parents and provides a visual for them. it also provides a return to play pathway back. The testing itself is very simple and user-friendly.
