### 5/5 — The most profound things in simple packages

*2023-08-23, version 1.1*

I use this app as often as I can. I find it very relaxing and simple to use. There are levels to achieve which encourages you to practice often. Ok, it’s not going to teach you the ‘Yang short form’ Tai Chi or anything close to that. But anything that gets me on my feet is a winner with me. IMHO - it’s one of the best, most useful little apps on the store.

### 5/5 — I love this app

*2020-02-19*

First: this app isn’t a game. The levels are helping you find the pace of your movements. First, you start by holding the phone and looking at it. Then, you progress to holding the phone and not looking at it. Then you work up to slipping the phone in your pocket and swaying by audio feedback only. Gaining a level isn’t a reward; losing a level isn’t punishment. This is about teaching and training about finding the sway speed. Levels are really irrelevant.

Second: audio feedback is key. It will provide you with gentle reminders when you’re moving too quickly or too slowly. It’s normal to hear this feedback when you slip your phone into your pocket. It also happens if I try a new movement and I have to move to keep my balance. I’ll get a “you’re going to fast” maybe once or twice in a 20-minute sway session. It’s not a punishment if this happens, it’s just feedback.

Last: sway as long as time permits. Some days, I have 10 minutes to sway. If I lose a level, it doesn’t matter. Even at level 1, I can sway with my phone in my pocket for 15 minutes the next day. The levels only matter for beginners, not those who have the sway speed down.

### 5/5 — buying by mistake

*2019-11-14*

Hello.

I bought your app by mistake. Just wanted to make a screenshot, but Touch ID decided to buy the app. How can I return my money back? The app even doesn’t installed on my iPhone.

Looking forward to hearing from you
Thanx in advance

### 2/5 — iPhone X

*2019-10-20*

Please add iPhone X support 😘

### 1/5 — Consistently constantly crashes

*2019-09-08, version 1.1*

Crashes whenever you finish a session

### 1/5 — Disappointing and unpractical.

*2019-06-27, version 1.1*

I’m usually cautious before purchasing a pair-for app, but as a fan of ‘Pause’, I decided to give Sway a go. The first level one, which is suppose to help you with your attention, is just simply ridiculous. It has you waving your phone about in the air, which is neither practical anywhere outside your own home or particularly effective. While each of the ‘levels’ focus on a slightly different thing (focus, presence etc) you cannot access further levels until you complete the one prior. If this was an arcade game, that would make sense. But it’s not. It’s a tool to help the paying consumer relax. It should allow access to each of the setting as the user pleases and requires. My final advice is that, if you’re going to pay for a relaxation app, there are better alternatives out there.

### 1/5 — One Major Flaw

*2019-06-18*

Unfortunately, I love almost everything about this app and would be thrilled to use it as part of my meditation. The idea of focusing and calming through movement is quite appealing to me.

But.

It requires that you start with a couple of minutes, and then do it daily to “unlock levels” of longer meditation. If you miss a day, you’re knocked back down in time and have no control over this.

First, I’m not playing a video game and don’t want to unlock levels.

Second, and more importantly, I like to use a variety of meditation tools and styles and don’t want to commit to one app or practice every time. The fact that I can’t choose my own duration of meditation session is an absolute deal breaker for me. This is a useless tool for me that would be highly useful if I were able to make my own decisions about the length of my session.

### 1/5 — Nice music and concept... but does not work

*2019-03-24, version 1.1*

For some reason (technical problem?) it's not possible to step up from level 1 to level 2. The same message pops up every time: 'sway 3 minutes to reach the next level'.
Hope the app developers can help.

### 5/5 — Любимое приложение!

*2019-02-26*

Очень круто: идея, оформление, музыка.
Я псих, мне это приложение помогает, втыкаю капитально!

### 2/5 — War mal eine super App!

*2018-11-13*

Schade 🥺
