## What is Swayni?

Build the workout you actually want to do, then put the phone down and follow the voice.

Most workout apps hand you a program and ask you to follow along. But if you already know what you want to train — which movements, how many reps, how long to rest — you quickly find nothing fits your rhythm. You end up checking your phone between sets, counting reps, and timing rests, when the whole point was to focus.

Swayni exists for that: you design the session, it talks you through it.

PUT THE PHONE DOWN

Press start and follow the voice. Swayni announces the workout, exercise numbers and totals, rounds, rests, and transitions — so you never look down. Give each exercise a silent preparation window to get into position before the clock starts. Optional rhythm cues keep your pace during timed work and reps.

YOUR EXERCISES, YOUR WAY

Build a library from movements that work for you: name each exercise, give it an icon, add notes, and save reference photos. Mark Left or Right when the side matters. Edit any saved workout, or copy an official starter and make it yours.

SET EVERY REP, ROUND, AND REST

Nest groups inside groups for strength sets, intervals, circuits, or mobility — whatever sequence you can describe. Review the complete plan and estimated duration before you start.

PLAN THE WEEK

Schedule a session from home and see today plus the next six days. Set a weekly repeat, move a single session when life gets in the way, or change everything after it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 0.5.0 — 2026-08-31

Swayni 0.5.0 gives you more control over every guided session.

TRAINING GUIDANCE
• Manage voice guidance, countdowns, ten-second progress callouts, rhythm cues, and keep-awake from one Training Guidance page.
• Pause a workout to adjust guidance, then resume when you are ready.

SAFETY & SUPPORT
• Clearer training safety guidance, plus faster ways to share Swayni, rate it, or contact support.

PRO & PRIVACY
• Swayni Pro now hides app recommendations.
• Free users may see privacy-preserving recommendations for independent apps. Your workouts and preferences stay on your device.

### 0.4.1 — 2026-08-25

Version 0.4.1 adds Japanese, German, and Korean, plus a calmer start to every exercise.

MORE LANGUAGES
• Interface and voice guidance are now available in Japanese, German, and Korean, alongside English and Simplified Chinese.
• Voice guidance follows the language you set for Swayni in iOS Settings.

BEFORE EACH EXERCISE
• An exercise can now open with a silent preparation window, giving you time to get into position before the clock starts. Set it per exercise in the editor.
• The built-in starter workouts now include preparation windows where the movement calls for one.
• Preparation time counts toward overall progress, so the estimate matches what you actually do.

DURING A WORKOUT
• Timed exercises call out progress at ten-second marks.
• Workout details now hide the tab bar so the session ahead is the only thing on screen.

ALSO IN THIS RELEASE
• Export your workout history from Settings.
• Workout details and the editor now present the same training structure.
• Fixed English text appearing in Chinese duration estimates, preparation segments falling back to the wrong color in the timeline legend, and overall progress jumping after a long rest.

SHARE WHAT YOU BUILT
• Turn any workout into an image that shows the whole routine — exercises, timing, rounds, and total time — ready to post.
• Add an optional credit line so the source stays with the image when it gets reshared.
• Shared workout codes are now far shorter than before.
• Codes no longer include the personal notes you wrote on exercises.
• Importing a code no longer creates a duplicate of an official exercise you already have.

### 0.4.0 — 2026-08-17

Plan your next seven days with one consistent view across Home and Arrangements.\n\n• Home now shows today and the next six days, including empty forecast days.\n• Arrangements uses a calendar to review workouts by date.\n• Recurring workouts remain forecasts until you arrange them, and adjusted occurrences no longer appear twice.\n• Workout review now focuses on checking the plan and starting this workout.\n• Improved workout markers and calendar stability on physical devices.

### 0.3.0 — 2026-08-10

Version 0.3.0 introduces a reusable exercise library.

• Save each exercise's name, icon, notes, and up to five photos, then reuse it across workouts.
• Tap the current exercise photo during a workout to review its photos and notes.
• Mark workout steps Left or Right for clearer on-screen and spoken guidance.
• Share workouts as text codes that others can paste and import.
• Start from an editable copy of any official workout.
• Enjoy clearer workout openings, exercise numbers and totals, round context, and late-session encouragement.
• Fixed duplicate rests, incorrect repeat-group announcements, and a rare narration stall.

### 0.2.1 — 2026-08-04

This release is a pass over building and reviewing workout plans.

• Rebuilt drag-and-drop in the editor on a native outline list — reordering actions and moving them in and out of repeat groups now lands where you expect.
• Workout details shows the same nested structure as the editor, instead of flattening repeat groups into a single line.
• A clearer plan timeline: action names live in the legend, reps actions no longer get an extra card wrapped around them, and an unfinished group tells you what's missing instead of blanking out the whole view.
• Adding an action, rest, or repeat group opens its editor right away.
• Fixed a crash when adding a repeat group, the plan structure coming up blank on some devices, and per-rep time picking up the wrong default.
