Das User interface ist gemixt Deutsch/Englisch - ich versteh’s, aber für englischsprachige Personen ist das natürlich ein großes Problem.
Es gibt viele unerklärte Optionen, und unser Anliegen - Kauf einer Familien-WelcomeCard für Bonn - funktioniert nicht, da unsere Handynummern weder automatisch noch manuell (00../+..) erkannt/akzeptiert werden.

Tip: die App der DB Bahn verwenden, um schneller und komfortabel ein Ticket kaufen zu können. 
Fie unterschiedlichen Einstiege in der SWB App erfordern mühsames, manuelles Eingeben des Standortes bzw des Startbahnhofes mit vielen Klicks und Scrolls, und / oder der Kenntnis, welche Art von Ticket man kaufen möchte. Als Gelegenheitsfahrer weiß ich leider nicht, was die kryptischen Zahlen- und Buchstabenkombinationen sind. 
Bis ich herausgefunden habe, dass ich Tickets über die Bahn App kaufen kann, bin ich regelmäßig schwarz gefahren: mit dieser App das Ticket zu kaufen hat dauert so lange dass ich sonst Bahnen verpasst hätte. 
An die Entwickler: Note 6, sitzen geblieben, zurück zu Start. Sorry.
