## What is Sweat Equity?

Every bet costs pushups.

Sweat Equity locks your sportsbook, DFS-pick and prediction-market apps. Want to place a bet? Prop up your phone and do the reps. Your camera counts them. Or walk away and keep your money.

Bet less, or get jacked. You win either way.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED: Locking apps and websites, unlocks, stats and every feature below need a Sweat Equity subscription (yearly or monthly, auto-renewing). The 5-rep camera try-out is free.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the betting apps to lock. Sportsbook websites in Safari are blocked too, and you can add any other site you want blocked.
• Open a locked app and you'll see "Earn it." Do the reps and it unlocks for 15 minutes.
• Your camera counts every rep, right on your iPhone. Half reps don't count.
• Walk away instead, and it goes on your stats as a win.
• Not sure yet? Try the camera with 5 reps before you subscribe.

PICK YOUR LEVEL
• Choose what your first unlock of the day costs, from 5 to 30 pushups. Most people start at 10.
• Each unlock after that costs double, or keep it the same every time.
• From 11pm to 5am every unlock costs double. Chasing losses at 1am should hurt.
• Betting big? Enter your stake and every dollar is a rep.
• Raising your level is instant. Lowering it waits until tomorrow, so you can't dodge a craving.

NINE WAYS TO PAY
• Pushups, knee pushups, squats, lunges, sit-ups, burpees, jumping jacks, a plank or a wall sit.
• An animated guide shows the form for each one, and your camera checks it: real depth, straight legs, arms all the way up.
• It counts out loud as you go, and you can turn the sounds down or off.

NO EASY WAY OUT
• Removing apps or websites from your list, or pausing protection, costs five times your level in reps.
• Adding them is always free.

FLEX YOUR SWEAT EQUITY
• Track your reps for every exercise, walk-aways, unlocks and days locked in.
• Beat your personal bests, like your fastest 20 pushups.
• Share your stats as a post or a story when you hit a milestone.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Built on Apple's Screen Time. Apple doesn't even tell us which apps you lock.
• The camera feed stays on your iPhone and is never recorded.
• No account and no ads. Anonymous usage and crash reports help us fix bugs. Nothing is used for ads.

SUBSCRIPTION
Sweat Equity unlocks with a yearly or monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in the app or in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
