Fixed an issue where the dumbbell placeholder image was incorrectly displayed on instructor profiles. This placeholder is intended only for studio assets and is no longer shown for instructors.
Updated the hero banner for instructor profiles to use a plain black background instead of the dumbbell image.
Improved the user-facing experience by removing placeholder icons from empty photo slots, resulting in a cleaner and more consistent interface.
