I love the routines, they are different everyday, I love the music, the cleanness, the athmosphere, the app, the people…. classes start every 10 minutes so for me, it works really good since I am not really well organized with my schedule….. so I can jump in at any time. I LOVE EVERYTHING!!! Daniel is always trying to help everybody, to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly and motivating us to do better!!! HE IS AN AWESOME TRAINER!!!!
