I leave here feeling refreshed and relaxed when I done with my session. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Give it a try you will be amazed how good you feel when you done with your first 1 hour session.

Sweathouz Worthington provides the most relaxing atmosphere and the place is spotless! My sauna sessions really help relieve daily stress and my skin looks amazing! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Love it.

Every time I have gone here the staff is very friendly.  always nice and quiet, clean and I always feel rejuvenated leaving.  The rooms are very well kept and clean. Lots of extra towels - everything you could need. the most extremely relaxing I’ve ever been. I always recommend friends to go to this place.
