1. Pick your health metrics and set goals per metric
2. Pick what apps you want to lock
3. Unlock those apps when you hit your goals

SweatLock syncs directly to Apple Health for up to date, connected tracking. 

SweatLock is also flexible for your lifestyle:
- Set active schedules, daily goals, and rest days to tailor the experience to your lifestyle
- Set a passcode to protect your settings. Give an accountability partner the key and never cheat again
- Build streaks as you go and see on-device trends of how you're doing

In addition to locking apps behind health goals, SweatLock also lets you lock apps until you
- Get Out of Bed in the morning and start walking
