## What is SweatLoss?

Lose sweat, not track.

SweatLoss helps you plan your fluid intake for sports, training, and everyday life. The app calculates your hydration needs, accounts for weather and temperature, and reminds you to drink at the right time.

Whether it is warm-up, workout, race day, or cool-down, SweatLoss shows how much you have already had, how much is left, and which drinks contribute to your day.

Hydration where you train:
• Keep your hydration goal and progress in view
• Smart reminders at the right time
• Adjustments for weather, heat, and personal data
• Apple Watch app for quick access during workouts
• Widgets for hydration and quick logging
• History, trends, and daily overview

Caffeine tracking:
Track coffee, energy drinks, tea, and other caffeinated drinks. SweatLoss shows your daily intake, personal limit, estimated remaining caffeine, and current caffeine phase.

With Live Activities, your caffeine status stays visible on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, StandBy, and Apple Watch without opening the app.

SweatLoss Premium:
• More drink types
• Custom drinks and individual amounts
• Barcode scanner for faster logging
• Alternative app icons
• Advanced personalization
• Convenience features for everyday life and training

Missing a feature? In SweatLoss, you can submit ideas and vote for new features.

Drink more consciously, plan smarter, and keep hydration and caffeine in view.
