## What is Sweatsheet?

There are many great applications on iOS that will let you analyze your workout data, all right from your phone.

This is not one of those apps.

You log all your workouts in Apple Health, but the information is trapped there. You want the data on your own terms. Sweatsheet pulls them out so you can put them in a spreadsheet, data file or anywhere else YOU want, in a format you can actually use and understand.

Pick a time range, review your workouts, and export them to CSV or JSON — bundled in a ZIP you can send anywhere via AirDrop, Mail, Files, and many more.

What if you just want to export a single workout? Perhaps a PDF or JPEG with details of a run you just did so you can show it to a friend? Done. Maybe you want a clean text-only format, Journal ready? Done!

This is your workout data. Free it now - for free!

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
* Reads your Health data on-device, only with your permission
* No account, no servers, no analytics, no tracking, no ads
* Your data leaves the device only when you choose to export and share it

Sweatsheet requests read-only access to Apple Health and never writes to it.

EXPORT WHAT YOU NEED
* One-tap date presets: last 7, 30, or 90 days — or pick a custom range
* Select all your workouts, or hand-pick exactly the ones you want
* Sort newest-first or oldest-first
* Filter by workout
* Export to CSV (great for Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets) or JSON
* Want to use JSON: we have a schema for that at https://packofhuskies.com/sweatsheet/workouts.schema.json

HEART-RATE ZONES
* See time spent in each of 5 heart-rate zones for any workout
* Use age-based default zones, or set your own custom boundaries
* View and export 1, 2 and 3 minute recovery
* Optionally include per-zone time columns in your export (JSON only)

YOUR UNITS, YOUR CHOICE
* Switch between metric (km) and imperial (mi) for display and export

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-07-09

Now on iPad! Sweatsheet has a native iPad layout with a two-column split view — pick a workout on the left, see its details on the right.

Settings sync across your devices. Your units, sort order, export-field choices, and custom heart-rate zones now stay in sync across iPhone and iPad through iCloud.

More metrics to export:
 • Running form — ground contact time, vertical oscillation, stride length, and average running speed
 • Swimming — pool length and pool vs. open-water location
 • Average METs and max speed/pace
 • Weather condition and recording-accessory brand, when the recording app logged them

 Plus indoor/outdoor labeling that matches Apple Fitness, and reliability fixes for step and flights-climbed totals.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-09
