I like this app because it is simple and easy to use, without various bells and whistles. 

The timer settings are straightforward, without an overwhelming myriad of configuration options. 

The font is retro looking and its coolers are crisp & visible.

If you want a timer app that does exactly what you need - timed intervals for your workouts, then this is an app for you!
