## What is SweatWall?

Your worst apps are your new gym.

SweatWall turns the moment you open a distracting app into a choice: do a short set, or put the phone down.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that eat your day.
• Choose squats or sit-ups and set your trade.
• When iOS puts up the wall, do the reps to earn an access window.
• Tap Not now—or simply walk away—and SweatWall records that win too.

THE PHONE COUNTS
Your iPhone’s motion sensors count reps on-device. There is no camera, no manual plus button, and no wearable required.

SEE WHAT YOU GOT BACK
Track reps, wall hits, walk-aways, reclaimed time, trends, and milestones across Today and Stats.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No tracking. No analytics SDK. Your selected apps are rendered privately by iOS, and your activity stays on your device.

Start with three free tries. Then choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime access. There is no weekly plan.

MEMBERSHIP
• Monthly — $4.99 per month, after a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
• Yearly — $24.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
• Lifetime — $34.99 once. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Each renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours of that point. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a membership before it ends. Prices shown are U.S. prices; the App Store charges in your own currency for your region.

Turning protection off is free on every plan and never asks about a subscription.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-01

Small maintenance update. SweatWall still puts reps between you and your most distracting apps, with no changes to your wall, plans, or privacy.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-28

Three fixes, all from the first day of real use.

The wall now tells you how to get back. Answering it drops you on the Home Screen, and with notifications off nothing pointed you back here — so the wall says to open SweatWall yourself, and Today carries the same note with a way to switch them on.

The comfort screen names the movement your wall will actually count, instead of listing every movement still on offer. Pick squats and it says squats.

A purchase that was never attempted no longer reads "Payment failed". When the App Store does not offer a plan, nothing is charged, and the screen now says which of the two happened.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-26

No release notes.
