## What is Sweaty?

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an exercise method that repeats low-intensity, high-intensity exercises at intervals.
It is an efficient exercise method that can produce several times more effects of cardio exercise with only a short amount of exercise.
However, in order to achieve this effect, you need to exercise at an intensity high enough to reach the maximum heart rate in high-intensity training.

In the case of interval training based on existing time, it may be difficult for everyone to do high-intensity training because each person has different athletic ability and physical strength.
Sweaty does not put intervals based on time, but gives exercise intensity control notifications based on the target heart rate, so you can exercise more efficiently.

Sweaty is an Apple Watch app.
Set the stabilizer heart rate and maximum target heart rate in the SWEATY app installed on the Apple Watch, do the type of training you want, and the exercise record is linked and stored in the Apple Fitness app.
