This bank does not offer a basic english interface translation. How hard is to translate 30 items.

I visited a Swedbank branch hoping to set up Smart-ID properly, but even the assistant there couldn’t get it working. I have the latest iPhone. This app is supposed to help me access my banking and make payments online — but it fails at the basics. I still can’t make any online payments. What’s the point of a mobile banking app that doesn’t let you bank? Completely useless in its current state.

Terrible app experience. It opens webview for every other functionality. Apple should review if such horrible app should be in the store at all.

Последняя версия не работает на ios 12.4.0,Ipad 5. При открытие по смарт айди тут же вылетает и закрывается.

**Developer response:** Советуем Вам переустановить приложение. Проще всего это сделать, удалив приложение Swedbank вручную, перезагрузить iPad и заново скачать из AppStore „Swedbank Eestis“. Затем попробуйте заново войти в приложение и, если проблема не решится, отправить нам отзыв через контакты приложения. В этом случае сможем детальнее изучить проблему.

It is so frustrating that out of 10 Swedbank applications there is not a single one in english with all features. And the one in english has like 4 features in total. I mean how hard is it?

Same issue with the language switching from English to Estonian for no apparent reason. Very inconvenient and no obvious ways to switch it back.

The app is in English when I first download it, then switches itself to Estonian afterwards, although my bank account is marked as English. 

I keep complaining to the bank, but I receive an Estonian shrug of the shoulders. Useless.

Looks like issue with fast transfers is fixed now.

**Developer response:** Thank you for feedback! At the moment we know that the transfer authentication may occur with some users, the issue is being investigated and fixed as soon as possible. Fix with login problems is coming with new app update. We apologise for inconveniences.

No face id option in settings on 11 pro max.

**Developer response:** We suggest you to open phone settings, find Swedbank app and allow notifications. After this log in to app and enable biometrics.

Вначале когда обновила сразу деньги отправились. Потом второй раз не отправились и после этого вообще деньги не отправляются. Приходится через сайт делать.

Uus uuendus ei olnud kohe üldse hea mõte. Päris paljudel koosneb püsiparool sõnadest/sõnast. Vähemalt minul iPhone'i kasutajal on väga halb app'i kasutada. Ei saa numbriklaviatuuri kuidagi tähtede klaviatuuriks muuta.
