Book a quick 20 min appointment available Monday-Friday and any question you may have is solved! Too ma y things to list, but easy onboarding for customers and very user friendly for our customers to log in as well! Route optimization is amazing! Map view to see how you have your customers planned by day is a game changer! Ability to send on the way texts and send completed photos! Can leave messages on the app for the field techs. I could go on and on! I wanted to focus on excellent customer service and growth. Sweep&Go has added tremendous value to me. Automation is very important and this app makes it as easy and efficient as possible for both the scoopers and the customers. Sweep and Go makes it easy to onboard clients and for clients to sign up and onboard themselves. Billing, route optimization, user friendly interface for employees, and the ability to add notes for each customer makes this a no brainer for anyone in the pet waste removal industry. I could get similar sure..but in no way could I duplicate what Sweep and Go has done here with their software! Their setup has my business covered from beginning to end to where I can concentrate on the important part…my business! It saves me countless hours that I would be spending after the day was over instead of my family. I’ve never used a software where the developer gives you his number to text him anytime, and he answers quickly! In an industry that we are in, things are constantly changing and nothing is just black and white. The regular updates and improvements are welcomed, and the text support has been top notch. Out customers at Skuupt have provided positive feedback on the system and love the features. I would love a white label or someone conbranded control panel with my own logo and colors but this is something I’m told is coming... which is feel is very important. Sweep and go does the same thing for us. We were using three different systems to do billing, route management and text alerts. Now it’s all in one place cutting down so much time. But I was excited to try Sweep&Go for a pet waste removal service. After 3 weeks of Sweep&Go I migrated my company to Jobber. Sweep&Go UI is ok at best, but it has so many issues with its onboarding process. Dont waste your money or Time! ### 3/5 — “On the way” *2024-08-06* The “on the way” option to let clients know I’m gonna be at their house soon isn’t working properly for me. It takes forever to load and when it finally does it takes forever to send a heads up with which ever time I put whether it’s 5 or 45 minutes. I had time to go through the yard and back in my truck before it sent the notification. Clients phone was on and my cell service was perfect. Your client phone number is not a mobile number and cannot receive text messages. Clients may not want "On the way" notification and therefore the button does not appear on the app. Phone service provider does not share delivery notifications (Example: some VOIP phones). Some phone service provider may have an outage. It's rare but it may happen. You're not using the latest version of the field tech app. If the message status does not change from Sent to Delivered, it could be that the client's mobile device is turned off. If you're still experiencing any issues with the field tech app, please contact us over the website or text us and we'll be happy to review specific issue. Right now in the employee dashboard, it's possible to review status of delivery notifications too so it could help us with troubleshooting what you're seeing. Of course, we do have more detailed logs but we need to know what to look for. I wanted to hit the ground running, and this system has been excellent. Although some things in the app are not super easy to navigate and understand when you first use it, the support team responds very quickly and has answered every question I have.
