How to login now??? ### 2/5 — Meh *2022-07-28, version 2.0.8* It’s confusing to use, marketplace is bad, slow, glitchy, takes FOREVER for your tokens to load up and has been this way for months. It’s a simple place to view Sweet tokens but it’s pretty abysmal considering the sheer money moving through NFT’s. It was better the way it was!! *2022-05-22, version 2.0.8* I had Sweet for a long time. I used to love watching performances from some of my favourite musicians, like Echosmith. Then, I loved getting Sugar everyday to get real prizes. It was the best app at a five star rating!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️BUT THEN… it became a ZERO🚫!! First, they changed it for Premium Spotify users, which I was not, limiting the prizes and daily things. But IT GOT WORSE!!!!!! I had a lot of sugar saved up and was going to get a high priced prize, and they changed the app. I wasn’t able to get any prizes, and they wanted me to give it all for STUPID NFT DIGITAL prizes!! I refused, and I stopped using Sweet since then (which was a couple years ago). Not everyone likes DIGITAL prizes such as NFT. They should offer BOTH and have more music inspired stuff, rather than what was available. It was ridiculous!!! So here’s my review… DO NOY GET THIS APP!!! The 4.1 rating is from those days of REAL prizes!!! NOT what it is now!! I do NOT recommend this app AT ALL! ### 3/5 — Trade is not going though!! *2022-04-25, version 2.0.8* I think its a great NFT market very nice graphics with trading concept but trading is not working any more, this bug needs to be fixed. Trades frequently say they are successful but they do not end up in your wallet. NFTs you own are not visible at times. I have my account setup via my twitter account. I am able to log in on a computer but the app for smartphones fail to allow me to log in. ### 2/5 — App crashing and trade not showing *2022-02-05, version 2.0.5* I like the idea of sweet it simplifies digital collectibles and I’ve had fun collecting some stuff but if I spend more than a minute on the site it crashes. It’s not my phone all my other apps work fine. Another issue is when I decided to accept a trade request nothing ended up happening. A window popped up confirming the trade, but then my collection remained the same. And they are only nfts specificity from Sweet. ### 3/5 — Vanishing NFTs *2021-12-17, version 2.0.3* I recently installed Sweet in order to get my Dave & Buster’s NFTs. After going through the account creation and everything, it finally showed me my coin that I was trying to scan as well as a rare card from Sweet and a coin as well. When I looked in the wallet, my D&B coin was gone. I also had a city card from D&B that I redeemed. Still no sign of the coin. I logged out and back in and my entire wallet was empty! It has been about 20 hours since I reached out to customer service and I still have heard nothing. I definitely do not trust spending money on an app like this. ### 2/5 — Don’t purchase anything, Pretty Useless! *2021-12-13, version 2.0.3* Just an in app NFT’s that are pretty much useless outside the app. Their customer service team is pretty trash too. They take about a week to respond even tho the chat always say that max they will take is a day. If you are trying to get a refund from them from something you purchased but it didn’t load and just took took your money? You are better off asking for a refund from the App Store. Took a week for them to get back to me to say oh I’m sorry for the wait and not actually give a way to help with my situation. I asked the App Store that they didn’t give me what I bought and got my money back instantly. Never again spending money on this! ### 2/5 — Poor app. Worst service. *2021-12-08, version 2.0.3* The app constantly crashes, except when it’s to take your money. Trades are mostly impossible to complete as they are constantly placed as processing but nothing ever happens. I’ve spent money in here. I regret it. Don’t do the same I did. There are better options out there. I requested a refund. They won’t even answer to my request. I miss the old sweet where you could earn points and use them to redeem prizes. I couldn’t even use my points I got to redeem anymore prizes because of the changes. I personally feel like that should’ve stayed the same and keep the old but everyone changes. It’s just that this new thing isn’t it and who even wants to collect cards and continue trading them back and forth that’s boring. Overall the whole change in the app is boring and I wish they would’ve stuck to the old way . I hope to see them allow sending the collectibles to MetaMask wallets - that is what will keep me around as a daily active user. In your first month, you can earn a spot premium, and once you get that through daily cards, the earning potential skyrockets. Amazed at how easy this is. Only complaint is that marketplace sometimes glitches and doesn’t let you redeem certain things. During the day I listen to music via Sweet and I’m earning hundreds per month. Although they have a lackluster selection of rewards, if you have enough sugar when they restock, you can easily get things worth a lot, like AirPods, almost every month. So, you get the pleasure of music and earning points. So far, I got 2 hats from it! And they’re not that bad! I love this app since it features some famous artists. Only downside though? THE GIFT CARDS! They go so fast!! And there are not many options. Maybe add more gift cards to the stock and add more available variations. I was thinking some Visa gift cards to add more accessibility to more places! But, those are just suggestions from my side of the spectrum. I love this app and you should try it too!
