For instance, you need 6. It only gives me 5. I tried support. They were of little help. They asked the right questions, but then needed to know what device I was using. Which they don't need because they had all the other information about software etc. even sent them images of what was going on. When I asked why they needed my device name, I got no response. I think it must've been a bot helping me. That, and there must be a language issue, because whenever I asked a question. It got ignored. I continue to play, but when I'm bored. The game still continues to freeze or not give me enough to finish a board. Really fun, I'm happy that the lines are unlimited ( I really dislike waiting for lines to refill, makes the game unenjoyable to me) but since the lines are unlimited I can breeze through levels, sure I've gotten stuck on a few a couple of times because sometimes the level glitches but that's probably due to it being a relatively new game. I do recommend this game however maybe hold off until the devs figure out a way to fix the bugs!
