I input my information and follow the prompts and then it hangs on “signing up.” I never get any confirmation emails. I love SweetHut and would like to be able to track purchases but with an unuseable app that won’t happen. ### 1/5 — Does not work - blank white screen *2020-02-21, version 1.9.3* App is not working. All I see is a blank white screen on the iPhone 11. ### 1/5 — Unfortunate set up *2020-01-28, version 1.9.2* This would be a fantastic addition to a great place, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. Couldn’t even try out the app because it won’t let me select anything on the drop down options when entering payment information. Every single time I come in I have to wait on the item I ordered. I timed it and it is actually faster to just order in house! Also the let time I ordered, someone stole my order and then they had to remake it all over again because there is no control on putting out the orders, they will give your food to anyone! Also it’s terrible that there is a minimum and a reload card when you should just be able to pay with card easily, totally predatory. An email verification was suppose to sent to my email in order for me to log in to my account. It has been weeks and I’ve never received a verification email and constantly click on resend an email verification so I can access my account. What’s the purpose of that when you can’t efficiently send a verification email after multiple times requesting for it to your customer and the hassle of to have the card at hand all time and losing points. But it seems to always be a struggle when making a purchase in the store. The employees NEVER scan the QR code on the app and always have a hard time with it. I always end up using my phone number. What’s the point of having the app and the QR code if you’re never going to scan it. ### 1/5 — Not letting me create an account *2024-10-16, version 7.0.6* I love sweet hit and was excited to use the app but for some reason, it would not let me create an account. Tried to sign up and it said my email was already registered. Tried to reset my password and nothing worked. I finally gave up and got rid of the app out of sheer frustration. It requires you to add a card which isnt that big of a deal but i had hoped to be able to pay in store and after adding a card it requires you to “load up your card” with money that you already gave them access to. The screen goes blank. If I try to reset my password, it tells my my account does not exist. It’s a great idea like every other fast food place out there. The application is terrible to use. My login for the online Sweet Hut does not work for the app. I’ve had to create many different accounts because it won’t let me in. I also have gift cards I cannot use because you can load to the app. And if you order in store you can’t earn points and use a gift card at the same times. If you want a good app take notes from Starbucks. Their app is great and works well for customers. UI design is clean and engaging, follow a few of simple steps will make your order ready for checkout. I wanted a way to delete account if there was anyone who accidentally create more account. In addition the option to change ice and sugar level is only available on a few drinks ### 2/5 — Don’t Misplace Your Password *2020-08-06, version 4.0.5* I’ve used the app to successfully order ahead once. Then, I was logged out. The “forgot password” link in the app sends you a verification email to reset your password, only to be taken to a Sweet Hut web page to login. Click “forgot password” and you get another email. It’s an endless cycle with no resolution.
