By the time they had arrived 1-2 months later, I had actually forgotten all about ordering them... It turned out to be a nice surprise for me too! And since it costed £6 each... I can't complain! And I've no idea how anyone can complain for that price if what they ordered turned up. It has said "Order processing" for over a week now. I've messaged ByPost, the maker of the Sweetjar app, nothing. I have no product, missed out on sending a friend a cute housewarming present cus I thought this would arrive, and I can't even get my money back cus no one replies. I guess the app is no longer operational, in which case the makers could have done everybody a favour and stopped people from being able to place orders! I place the order on 11th May and Its now June and still no order! I've send feedback telling them it's not here and I want my money back, but nothing, no reply! Customer service is non existent. Still says order processing. No company contact info or response anywhere. It is now November and my order status is still showing as being processed. The order has not been dispatched or delivered and despite contacting the company 6 times, I have still to receive an answer. I spent money on credits to which are completely useless because you buy the products which don’t materialise. After waiting ages for a response and waiting on PayPal to clear the dispute, they claim it has been dispatched but couldn’t provide any evidence to back it up! So I’m left being robbed of my money and have nothing to show for it. Do not download this app, don’t think about purchasing anything from this company (bypost) as they simply steal your money and provide no explanations for any of their wrong doing and constant mistakes. ### 1/5 — Requests for help ignored - DON’T PURCHASE *2018-03-07, version 1.4* I only downloaded this app as I needed to contact the developer regarding their postcard app - which I had and loved, and had credit on it, only to find it completely stopped working with iOS 11. I have emailed the Developer for help, but have been completely ignored. I really wanted a working app - I had been emailing the developer since iOs10 when I started getting messages that the app needed updating - however at that point it still worked. I had put money on it to send postcards from my honeymoon- but low and behold it stopped working (about the time of the iOs11 update). By downloading the sweetjar app just to get details of who to email, has resulted in my by post postcard app credit moving to sweetjar! What is that all about! It’s so unprofessional to have apps out there which move monies about - especially as I didn’t request it, and to not get in touch. I’ve had similar problems with other apps expiring which cost substantial amounts of money - but I’ve always got a credit - or have been sent a code to redeem the new app which works. I’m so disappointed and frustrated- how much money are these developers sitting on from various customers? I bet it’s more than my few pounds.
