I opened Sweet Jayne's Bakeshop with the thoughtful goal of creating an amazing space in my hometown for our customer friends to enjoy a great tasting beverage and scratch made foods using the highest quality ingredients available. Not only do we source our fresh roasted espresso beans from a Texas based coffee roaster, we also make all of our syrups in house which elevates our products to the highest level. We love that our customers taste and appreciate the difference in what we do! Working from home this is my treat once a week and anytime I happen to be in Gainesville! Highly personalized and amazing customer service, beautiful shop and great coffee and treats. I highly recommend the spicy pig biscuit and the bacon cheddar biscuit. So satisfying driving past other big name coffee shops with crazy lines to go here where everything is homemade including their syrups! Side note as I was writing this review I had just placed my first order on their app and I entered it wrong and they called me to make sure I was getting what I wanted!
