Being from South India, I am very familiar with the traditional taste of Puliyogare and was hoping this ready-to-use mix would be a convenient alternative. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The mix was extremely spicy and overpowering, which made it difficult for me to enjoy. The spice level seemed far from the balanced and authentic flavor I expected from a Puliyogare mix. Since I do not consume very spicy food, I was unable to use it and eventually had to give it away to someone else. Same products are immediately by Amazon Fresh! How come? Also I find use of Coconut Oil for only limited products. Use of Rice Bran Oil is dangerous too, if used at high temperature and same oil is used too often. Please tell us all how often same oil is used and at what temperature? From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The coffee was rich, fresh, and perfectly brewed — you can really taste the quality. Their sweets and snacks are delicious and pair so well with the drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Love the filter coffee, banana chips and filter coffee burfi. I live in Delhi and let me tell you no place sells such amazing stuff and that’s what makes me reorder. Your transparency and the fact that you don’t put preservatives and don’t put sugar. No palm oil is a big winner. However if you could state which oil you use that would be great as well.
