It works on my iPhone every time, but occasionally the store location has a network issue, so you should carry another payment method just in case. I get a $2 discount every few purchases so this works as well as I need it to. Hope it works for you too. I also understand you guys closed the restaurant but I don’t understand why did the app let me order the food? I don’t understand why there isn’t a button to request for help? Stuck in loop of trying to log in but can’t log in without verifying, then i verify, and it wants me to login but tells me i need to verify. Finally got in, form doesn’t use standard credit card loading so I’m supposed to get out my card and enter a number? Forget that. Lousy user interface is not as bad as the fact that it takes your money and gives you a 15 minute ETA. Sometimes it takes them more than an hour to get your food ready and app is. Took me 20 minutes of trial and error. I had to manually override it to reflect Sweet Leaf as an identification otherwise run into the frustration of being unable to recall password and not being able to locate it under Incentivio title.
