There is no contact info. to reach out to. If you hit app.help in the game it takes you to a fb page for the game where the most you can do is send a dm. By the looks of it they’ve maybe posted twice and have no followers so that didn’t work in getting a response. Enjoying the game but would like what I paid for. I would say it was a glitch but I bought the new player package and received everything fine from that. You people have to give some sort of contact info. or dump your games as they’re worthless if folks spend a little and get nothing for it. If it gets rectified I’ll consider changed this review. ### 1/5 — THE MOST AGGRAVATING GAME I’VE EVER PLAYED *2020-02-07, version 1.0.14* I’ve played the same level 55 times and they still refuse to give me the items need to pass the level. Then there’s the issue of putting FAILED in huge letters when you can’t pass a difficult level. That in itself makes you unhappy and feel like a failure. It does get so difficult that sometimes you spend weeks trying to pass a level. The creators should put something a bit kinder other than FAILED, when you can’t pass a level. Maybe “try again”, or “you’ll get it next time”. Why FAILED? It’s so freaking rude. I’m just about done with this game. The complexity of the game increases far too quickly, there is no time to simply enjoy playing a few games before another element after another element after another element is introduced. Each development simply taking away more control from you, the game might as well play itself as there is so little choice or involvement in the play. Of course this complexity is for one reason, to make the game unplayable without using bonuses and therefore hopefully for the developers you will shell out cash to buy them! Although the graphics look like they’re in at children this is ABSOLUTELY not playable by children. ### 5/5 — Cute, addictive, comfy and relaxing all together! *2022-01-16* Honestly I usually don’t rate games, let alone games like this, but the sound effects are nostalgic and the game itself is simple but also somehow unique to other similar games.
