The app is unreliable for ordering. We submitted an order and got confirmation and receipt in the app saying it’d be ready at 11:36. We arrived for pickup, and the order wasn’t available at the store. I opened the app and confirmation to show proof, and that’s when the order went through to their system. My guess is they show order confirmation in the app before confirming it’s been sent to their backend for prep.
