Why did I wait so long?! I looooove our Sweet Pix! The ordering process was simple, the shipment arrived in 5 days, and they looked amazing! The pix were easy to hang and are the perfect addition to our home. They help explain the process and answer any questions you have once you receive your order. These photo tiles were super easy to use. I’ve had them in my living room and then easily removed them to put in our master bedroom. I love this concept of photo tiles so I don’t have to worry about hanging up frame! That’s always a nightmare for me. Sweet Pix made it easy to order, was delivered fast, and included simple institutions on how to “hang them up”. Sweet Pix was the perfect option. It could not have been easier to choose the photos we wanted, upload them, edit as needed and place the order. We receive them in a shorter amount of time than promised and our wall looked incredible. Unfortunately, we had to take the photo boards down when we moved. I wrote to the company to ask about the double-stick tape - if I could purchase more or if they could recommend something that would work. I received a reply from Caitlin within a couple hours and was told she would send me as many pieces as I needed for FREE! I had to tell her how many boards we had (18) and our new address. It felt like my instagram came alive . ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Wanted to love it, but... *2019-07-21, version 2.6.4* My cousin has pics like this in her basement and I absolutely love them. The reviews are wonderful, so I was looking forward to purchasing photos. So much so that I was having troubles narrowing my photos down. After hours of searching for the perfect photos and going back and forth to choose the ones I wanted the app crashed and I lost the 32 photos that I finally landed on. This is the fourth time that I had to start from scratch (one time I accidentally closed out of the app). I don’t know if it ‘times out’ after letting them sit so long or what. All I know is that it’s 9:35p and I started this around 3p with intermittent pauses. I’m super frustrated with it at this point because it lost all of my work not once but 4 different times. Throwback: Think of the hours and hours you spent working on a paper and your computer crashed. That’s the frustration I feel right now. I don’t even write app reviews but this app needs serious improvement if you want to make it user friendly. The app needs to have a way to save the existing work. And there needs to be an easier way to delete a photo rather than making the user go back and delete the pic the same way they added it. A note to future users: a work around would be to decide on the photos you want to use and put them in a separate photo album before opening the app. If I decide to use the app again that’s what I will do. I got 6 pics for $65 and totally feel cheated. Can’t even hang them up. And pics. After about a month one falls off the wall and when it hit the ground one of the corners got damaged. I was disappointed but thought that it was something we did. But then a week later a second picture falls off the wall. The idea of these is great but I had to take them all down and they are just sitting in a box. If they would have stayed on the wall I’d order again. They were running a sale so I placed an order for 4. They came out pretty good but once on the wall if they are moved they do cause damage. I had to patch up a few spots Bc the tape took of my wall paint. It would be a 5 star if I could create an account where I could save pics to a project. So that I could return to add more pics at a later time. I emailed the company and within a few hours, I got a response saying they would gladly replace the damaged tiles.
