I received a message via the app saying that today only you can get 30% off when you order online...but when i went to redeem it the link they tell you to click just leads to the app store where you download the app...there’s no code or anything to enter and you can’t even access it when you try to order online thru a computer. If you’re going to offer a promo i would think you’d have the kinks worked out on giving your customers access to it. Please do better, because this is a great business and i’d hate to see it’s downfall be a result of poor app navigation and operation. ### 2/5 — Never got my free bowl *2019-01-02, version 2.0.25* Website told me that if I downloaded the app and enabled push notifications they would give me a free bowl. I followed their instructions, but alas, I never received my free bowl ☹️. It was very disappointing, my hopes were risen, and then they were crushed. ### 4/5 — Pretty good *2022-08-20, version 5.0.3* Pretty good place to grab an açaí bowl, will admit the food selection isn’t the strongest (I’ve tried their salad & rice bowls - average at best, and too much $$ for something you can easily make at home) however, their build your own bowls are nice! One of the better açaí bowl places in the area. Fresh tasting bases (and different kinds to choose from) with the in season, fresh tasting fruit. Only con is that the line is ridiculous sometimes and the wait times shows it.
