You cant do anything other than close app and reopen. You can only click chat and then chat them. Another one is why the photographer keep changing, when i write this review. Please fix it. ### 5/5 — Central Park *2021-10-19, version 3.18.1* My husband and I had a photo shoot in Central Park with Haris, and it was amazing! Haris was very profesional. He took beautiful pictures of us, and knew how to make us feel comfortable and have an enjoyable time. The pictures were ready one day later, and it was so easy to see them and download them. The app is very user friendly, and their customer service is great. I contacted them several times, and they always responded quickly and efficiently. Our photographer Maria kept great communication with me and helped me to surprise my girlfriend with a photo shoot and a marriage proposal! The pictures came out amazing. Once our photos we’re uploaded, I noticed that a few pictures were missing. I contacted the customer service team and they quickly resolved the issue and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The photographer is super nice and able to direct us with great poses and angle. We also received the photos in less than 2 days. Don’t waste your time and money *2022-12-21, version 3.21.1* They charge the fee $$$ upfront without wanting to issue refund! Took way more than the listed 2-3 days for them to assign a photographer and after a series of checking ins they finally assigned a super armature photographer who obviously doesn’t know basic framing. I was not able to select a photographer that fits my style and need. In addition, because of their delay, when I want to cancel the appointment it falls into ‘4 day cancellation window’ so that they don’t want to give me a refund. What’s more ridiculous is that after I requested a refund they informed me that the photographer was not available anymore and they will assign a new one which I obviously don’t need! Don’t bother with this terrible company, you’ll get super frustrated and waste both time and money! ### 1/5 — Bad Customer Service *2022-06-26, version 3.19.0* The photographer submitted 200+ photos. It came only 161 Photos. I purchased the “All Photos” options where I can download all available photos, BUT the catch is their know it all editors sort them out first for us! Oh they know what’s BEST for us so they deliberately delete our moments. See we are the ones who experience the session, we know a good photo feels like, the photographers let us take a peek, mentioned to us that it is good, annndddd it isn’t there in the final album. I am very much DISSAPOINTED! The CS team act like robots kept on explaining what All Photos package means while in essence it was the photo choosing process that I was complaining about. ### 1/5 — Short notice cancelation *2022-05-04, version 3.19.0* We booked a session few months ago for our Cebu trip, two days prior to set date they emailed me saying there is no photographer to cover our session. Very unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Does not take accountibilty for changes in bookings *2021-11-05, version 3.18.1* Sweet escape is not a reliable source for photographers due to the fact that i booked for a time and date weeks prior to my trip they only informed me 2 days before my flight that the photographer is not available and did not find a replacement. They do not take responsibilty for the total time and effort and expenses it takes for a trip for a photo session when the only service they are supposed to provide is a photographer for a session at the booked location and time. ### 1/5 — application not user friendly *2019-10-02, version 2.19.0* Click make payment and redirected to paypal. Due to wanting to change the order, click back to the app, it automatically deduct my credit in the account without any booking confirmation. Thanks alot mas Bensa ### 5/5 — Beautiful Photos and Wonderful Experience! *2024-12-24, version 3.22.3* Our NYC Rockefeller Christmas Tree photo session was 10-degrees Fahrenheit and our photographer Anna was amazing! In addition to my ideas, Anna offered a few other locations and poses. The editors are talented as well and the turnaround in my experience has been within 24hrs. Our family also used Sweet Escapes in Paris with the same wonderful experience and superb finished product! Can’t wait for our next photo session with you! ### 5/5 — 1 Hour Session in Paris *2023-04-07, version 3.21.1* I booked a 1 hour session for my mom’s birthday in Paris. We were a group of 5 adults & 1 tween. The entire process was easy. We were matched with local photographer Pierre who we met us at the Trocadero. I am so happy we decided to do this shoot. 3 of our group had been to Paris & 3 had not so it took all the pressure off of capturing the Eiffel Tower. The 1 hour flew by with Pierre giving directions on different ideas. Once you are matched with the local photographer, you can see their portfolio. Pierre’s photos turned out amazing & the ideas he had our family do turned out so fun! I’m so happy I decided to try this & now we have so many photos to frame. I used a coupon code for extra photos, but I was so happy with all photos that I decided to pay the extra $100 to access all edited photos for download. It was an experience I’ll never forget!
