Loaded the app so I could use it while on vacation. All it does is blink.

The back button does not work so any time I want to go back to the main menu, I have to close the app and reopen it. I also cannot update anything in account settings. Frustrating to use, not worth your time.

The app seems to work but loosing all previous reward points is lame especially for long time customers.  Things you could have done. 1. Notified people of upcoming app changes and allow opportunity to use rewards. 
I was told if I added my phone number to app that I get my rewards and that was in fact not the case.  2. Since you are using the app to track purchases then you should have employees ask for app details to earn whatever you changed the rewards to. Also consider adding the ability to use receipts if app is not utilized at purchase.

The store has already told me 4 times already that all I need is 75 points to get the next discount; I' ve already made 4 purchases after that but they keep saying the same thing!!!! So where are the rewards and why are the stores not synced with the app????
