## What is SweetGoals for T1D?

SweetGoals is a research study designed to help you meet recommendations for type 1 diabetes self-management. Using a digital coach, SweetGoals aims to provide personalized feedback to help you achieve goals and become a healthier you! 

Features: 

- Personalized digital coaching: digital coaching to help you improve your diabetes self-management all in the comfort of your own home!  

- Individualized feedback: through integration with the online diabetes platform Glooko, your digital coach will help you gain insight about your current diabetes self-management as well as support you in reaching your goals.

- Achieve your goals: your digital coach will guide and motivate you as you set your own personal goals and work towards meeting the SweetGoals program goals.

- Information at your fingertips: browse our collection of resources or reach out to our research team anytime to learn more about the best practices of diabetes management. 

- Learn and earn: SweetGoals app users may also earn money for reaching their goals, receive remote health coaching from trained coaches, or both. 

- Help improve future programs: by participating in the SweetGoals program, you’ll help our team make future projects even better!
