I arrive at 4:30, when it said it would be ready. They make me wait for some time. I see ten customers get their salad after I enter the store. I finally get my salad bowl. I go home. I open the salad and the steak I ordered is missing. I’m forced to go get another meal elsewhere. The app is beautiful, but what’s the point if it can’t deliver the actual product the app is selling? ### 3/5 — Cancel my orders, one too many times. *2026-07-01, version 8.8.0* So I’ve just found this restaurant and it’s very tasty and healthy. I love it but there’s a bunch of problems with this app. One, I once ordered from it, close to closing time and it canceled my order because it was too late. No big deal I thought, but it canceled my order another time later because I was “too far away” Just to give you perspective, I live very close to Sweetgreen. Sometimes though people get lazy and order it, again, no big deal. The first time I ordered from them it was amazing. They delivered the food and it came relatively quick. I ordered (after acknowledging that outpost pricing is higher than store pricing), my credit card was charged, and then the app informed me that delivery to that location was temporarily unavailable. When I resubmitted my order, assuming (1) it was a temporary glitch and (2) that the payment had already been collected, a new pending charge appeared on my credit card and the same error message appeared. Collecting payment for services the company knows cannot be rendered is simply unacceptable. The system needs to be configured to accept payment only after confirming delivery and not beforehand. ### 1/5 — Crashes at sign in *2026-08-29, version 9.28.0* Not sure why you logged me out. Trying to log in, I put my email in and right after it says you will email me a code, it crashes, creating an endless loop.
