Sweet Home Kognitiva is not a fitness tracker,

SHK is an instrument for self-perception.

The app uses signals such as heart rate, HRV, and environmental input  
to form a reduced, clear state representation.  
The data is read from Apple Health and depends on the available sources on your device.  
For reliable results, using an Apple Watch is recommended.
