I initially intended to try the 14-day free trial to evaluate the app, but due to a very poorly designed and confusing user interface, I was accidentally signed up for an annual subscription—something I absolutely did not want. I reached out to customer support immediately, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, the response was slow, unhelpful, and completely inflexible. There is no option for pro-rated refunds or early cancellation—even for users who reach out within hours of the mistake. It’s an extremely rigid and user-unfriendly policy that feels unfair and outdated. The user interface is unintuitive, and the subscription process lacks clarity, making it easy to make errors with no safety net or grace period. Honestly, it feels like the app is designed more to trap users into long-term payments than to provide real value.
