## What is sweet.spot?

This app aims to transfer some of the flexibility of insulin pump and "artificial pancreas" systems to MDI (Multiple Daily Injections) therapy. The target audience is primarily people with Type 1 Diabetes who are receiving such treatment and using a CGM sensor. Even if not all of the above applies to you, sweet.spot still offers a wide range of general diabetes management features that could be helpful for you. For those without a CGM system, glucose readings can be entered manually.

The app's key feature is the dose calculator, which provides recommendations for mealtime and correction insulin doses. All you have to do is enter the carbohydrate content of your meal, and the app will automatically factor in all other variables, such as insulin and carbohydrates currently active in your body or dosing adjustments based on the time of day.

KEY FEATURES
- Insulin action, meals and glucose levels in a single integrated view
- Dose recommendations based on carb intake, active insulin and glucose
- Real-time glucose data from your CGM system
