I had been planning my summer Italy Trip for weeks, SweetSpotting places I saw on TikTok and Instagram. When I arrived in Italy, I was notified multiple times that I was in the vicinity of a spot I had saved, creating an opportunity I wouldn’t have otherwise known! I particularly appreciated that when I was notified, I was also given the directions on an interface that I’m familiar with (mirroring Apple Maps). Being able to share my sweet spots made travelling with groups easy and fun. 
SweetSpots has changed the game for travelling!

I absolutely love SweetSpots! As someone who saves tons of travel and food reels on Instagram, I always wished there was an easy way to actually find those spots when I’m nearby — and this app makes it happen perfectly.
You just pin your favorite Instagram reels, and SweetSpots automatically notifies you when you’re close to one of those locations. It’s like having your own personalized travel guide built from your saved posts!
The interface is clean and intuitive, syncing with Instagram takes seconds, and the location alerts are super accurate. I’ve already discovered a few hidden gems I’d forgotten I saved months ago.  When I open the app, it also reminds me why I saved a specific spot by showing me the Instagram reel associated with it.
