Tried to open the app for the first time since your update which was identified as occurring 2 days ago. Tried to recover password using both the email and phone number associated with my Sweetwaters account. When I ordered in person and clicked the link in the text update I received regarding my order my phone number and email are recognized. But not in the app. I deleted the app. Downloaded it again. Same issue. I can no longer order ahead - which is needed in this current environment. ### 2/5 — Confusing app *2026-08-09, version 5.4.18* Most apps have you put in the discount code at the final payment page. Sweetwaters has you enter your promo code before ordering. If you pended your food order without having place a discount code ahead of time you will need to cancel your order so that you can place the discount code in first. This is confusing! I also tried to link my loyalty points on the app and I just got an error message that said Square loyalty. Idk what that means. Additionally, the drinks don’t really have a description on the app which is annoying if this is your first or second time order. I did not enjoy this app experience.
