Say what's on your mind, and build a plan you can actually use. Sweezy is your AI assistant for daily life: plan in conversation, turn meaningful reflection into a journal, and update your tasks as life changes. THINK IT THROUGH, THEN MOVE FORWARD Bring the busy day, the unfinished task, or the thing you've been avoiding. Sweezy helps you find perspective and decide what to do next. Talk hands-free, press to speak, or type a quick message. A PLAN FOR THE DAY YOU ACTUALLY HAVE Turn the things you want to do into tasks, time blocks, and smaller steps. See your day as a list or a calendar. Connect Google or Apple Calendar to bring your commitments together. KEEP THE PLAN IN STEP WITH LIFE "I finished the proposal. Move groceries to tomorrow." Tell Sweezy what changed. She can record the progress you report and help revise your plan. Review proposed task and goal changes before saving them. REFLECTION YOU CAN RETURN TO Talk about how the day really went. Turn meaningful reflections into journal entries you can revisit, so the details and lessons have somewhere to go. GOALS THAT STAY PART OF THE CONVERSATION Keep projects, routines, and personal growth in view. Discuss your progress, connect relevant tasks to goals, and work out a useful next step. PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Sweezy uses saved context from earlier conversations, including your routines, preferences, and ongoing concerns, to make the next conversation more useful. Come for a quick update, a daily check-in, or a longer reflection. You choose what you need today. Get an assistant. Get Sweezy.
