Ordered on the app drove 20 minutes there and then waited 25 minutes for him to bring my food out and tell me my food has been ready since I got there. He was waiting on my drink for the 25 minutes. I told him just to take it off my card and keep it. They can’t do that so he just gave me cash and was going to keep the tip. lol The food is good if you have an hour for a cold burger. ### 3/5 — Good app but needs more options *2026-04-04* As someone who’s worked at swensons before and knows the ins and outs having an app and rewards is long overdue and amazing BUT I know tons of add ons you can do for burgers and sandwiches and so on so not having all the options of add ons makes it kind of hard to order on here when you can’t do something as simple as extra sauce on the burger or even add an onion ring on your burger. I usually get a cheeseburger but tonight I saw the sign for the cheesy Italian burger so I decided to try it out and let me tell you that was the most delicious burger I’ve ever had!!! PLEASE Swensons keep this delicious burger on the menu all the time!!! I will be back before the end of month to get another one. I HIGHLY recommend it!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible. Just go to. This app does not represent the quality of the business. It’s clumsy and clunky. It logged me out and treats my login as though it doesn’t exist every time.
