## What is Sweva?

Sweva is a premium movement coach for golf, tennis, padel and pickleball. Upload one video of your swing or stroke, and Sweva's AI finds the fault that's actually holding you back — then fixes the cause with a personalised training plan built from professional Pilates and mobility work.

FIND THE FAULT
AI video analysis reads your technique like a tour coach: your primary fault, what you're doing well, and one clear focus for your next session. Calibrated to your level, from beginner to advanced.

FIX THE CAUSE
Every fault maps to targeted exercises with full video guidance, plus warm-up and cool-down routines built around your body's needs.

FEEL WHAT HURTS, FIX WHY
Pain Finder: tell Sweva where it hurts, and it maps the pain to its biomechanical cause with a recovery plan. Play without pain.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS
Your Movement IQ tracks how you actually move, session over session. Daily 1-minute movements, weekly programs, and a training streak that builds the habit behind better play.

COMPARE WITH THE PROS (golf)
See your swing side-by-side with professional technique.

One platform. Four sports. Built like the tools the pros use — because the difference between you and better isn't more tips. It's your body, and Sweva trains it.

Free analysis included. Sweva Premium unlocks unlimited analyses, full training programs, and your complete movement journey.
