If it would enable no stars it would get none out of 5. Totally un user friendly and extremely difficult to navigate and the telephone call facility for help is totally useless. So disappointing because we love the Motorhome. I would welcome a call back to give me the confidence that the £135.00 fee is working for peace of mind ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2024-08-08, version 7* I’ve paired the app to the van earlier in the day, and it was all working. I’m now sitting in the van, the lights are off and the kids are asleep. I know the panel is turned on (we switched the pump on earlier). I now just want to check temperatures and water levels, without turning on the van’s command display. Ideal use for the app, one would have thought. But no, although the pairing is still there, there’s no data coming through in the app. Seems the only way to get data is to go to the van display and de-sleep mode it, then I can use the app. But then, I might as well use the display in the first place. Like I said, the app is completely useless. No point having it at all. One star is two too many. ### 5/5 — This works well for my escape 604 *2024-07-08, version 7* I was sceptical at first but using it whilst away have come to understand how useful it is. Because of the way Bluetooth works there is a small delay but… sitting up in my bed this morning I turned on the heating via the app. Yesterday, I checked the waste pipe was attached and over the drain and emptied the tank via the app. Sitting out under the awning as it got dark I turned on the awning light via the app. Until the van gets to talk IP it doesn’t get much better than this! Maybe tune the response time? Hey I am getting picky. Thanks guys. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-05-30, version 7* The new version of the app is pointless and doesn’t work at all. If it does, then it’ll drop quickly. Has lost a lot of the old features too. Such a pity, was great to be able do things such as turn the pump on when stood next to it rather than the control panel. Would be better if they could revert back or properly test before they released a new version of the app. ### 1/5 — Frustrated! *2024-05-30, version 7* Just returned from vacation, having endured this app. Aside from resetting the heating settings, including turning off the timer hot water when connecting the Bluetooth, lost all reference to the onboard tank on the main caravan display - twice - and had to go into the advanced settings of the head unit to be able to fill it. Earlier version of the app, whilst having less functionality, worked with no issues. If it worked as supposed to, potentially a very useful app. ### 2/5 — Nil stars *2024-05-24, version 7* If I could give this 0 stars I would. The app is less than useless. All but 4 of the icons have vanished, and in spite of being told how to go into the Command Panel menu to restore them on the panel they are still not showing on the app. Thinking of deleting, except that control panel is missing icons too, so we’re between a rock and a hard place. I’m so upset and frustrated at the amount of time I’m having to spend on this - still to no avail. And it’s supposed to be an updated app!! Forget renaming the dimmer switches - spend some time on fixing this potentially very useful app. N.B. I wrote this in a spirit of frustration but I must say that I have been contacted and given help on resetting the app. And I’ve seen an improvement. Not 100% there yet, but definitely much better, and so reassured that that there is a real person willing to help personally, not by sending an e mail with ‘helpful’ tips, but by phone contact. Isn’t particularly logical.Great idea, but doesn’t really deliver ### 5/5 — Significant improvement *2024-04-17, version 5* I have been using Swift Command App since 2016 and this new (Mar 24) 2019 version is much better than the previous one which I avoided as the original Command App was better. It is pleasing that older caravans/motor homes are still being supported as sometimes that is not the case. I am happy with all the functionality which works well on my 2016 Caravan. The only issue for me is the two screens (welcome and tips) which appear every time you open the app. I would have given 5 stars if they disappeared after being seen the first time as I would have expected. Hopefully the developers will pick this up with the next release. Update: Originally I gave the app 4 stars. After I posted the review above I received an update from the developer that they are going to get rid of the screen pop up (which was an error) in the next week or so. I am very pleased with the fast response and the action being taken ### 1/5 — Can no longer connect to the Command *2024-04-13, version 5* Prior to this new app I have had no problems connecting to the Swift Command panel via Bluetooth. Since the app has been updated I’ve been locked out.
