### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2019-05-25, version 8.9.4*

Quite simply, it doesn’t work because it doesn’t connect to Bluetooth. This is my opinion is NOT fit for purpose and one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever downloaded..I wouldn’t bother.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-02-06, version 8.9.4*

I have tried many times to link with the control panel of the motorhome with Bluetooth, but the link is always lost in seconds.

### 1/5 — Flakey

*2018-10-21, version 8.9.4*

Why haven’t Sargeant fixed this. Flakey is too good a word to describe this app.

### 2/5 — Great Idea, Poor Connectivity

*2018-08-26, version 8.9.4*

I love the idea but if it drops your Bluetooth connection all the time then it’s as good as useless.

### 1/5 — Swift command

*2018-07-09, version 8.9.1*

New January 2018, but does not work at all? It’s been back to the agent for repair, and now the ‘pairing icon’ shows but fails to maintain the connection.

### 1/5 — Very very buggy

*2018-06-28, version 8.9.1*

Was a selling point for me, against a different manufacturer, and even at this early stage of use it looks very buggy. It keeps saying my caravan’s manual can’t be found due to its age.....even though it’s a 2018 brand new item.

### 1/5 — Needs serious update

*2018-06-22, version 8.9.1*

Set up to use with our new 2018 caravan but have too say I’m quite disappointed... Have to agree with the other reviews, doesn’t save details so have to log in each time and the location update is very hit and miss. Bluetooth connectivity is again very unpredictable... Great idea, but needs more work and upgrade otherwise what is the point.

### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish

*2018-06-16, version 8.9.1*

I can just get connected while in the van, but within a minute it disconnects. Never mind connecting remotely, I can’t stay connected while two feet away!!!!

### 1/5 — Wont even connect

*2018-03-29, version 8.9.1*

Absolute rubbish. Why bother to put half the settings in the app and leave only the most basic ones on the caravan panel then built an app that wont actually connect to the van. Neither my wifes phone or my phone can connect to the control panel.
Come on guys.......basic testing.....check app connects to the control unit before releasing it.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2018-03-17, version 8.9.1*

In theory this app is great but does not work. Failed to operate the heating system & caused control panel in the caravan to crash. I have deleted the app from my phone.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Pretty hopeless

*2025-01-09, version 8.9.4*

Doesn't even have a back button so you have to close and restart the app to get back to the home page / menu. And then log in again if accessing remotely. Did they just not bother to test it??

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2024-07-22, version 8.9.4*

Doesn’t connect, can’t seem to ‘go back’ in app either. Have to close and restart app all the time.

### 1/5 — Utterly Useless

*2024-03-27, version 8.9.4*

Mine cannot connect even with my motor home sitting on my driveway I have to turn my phone off then on to get rid of it

### 1/5 — Should be better

*2024-03-05, version 8.9.4*

I use the older app as this one has the update bar on screen all the time when using remotely.
The Bluetooth is temperamental
Should be much better considering what it connects to

### 1/5 — iPhone 13 max

*2023-09-27, version 8.9.4*

What a dog. After upgrading iOS 17 nothing works anymore. Wasn’t good before now press the icon then it comes up and dies. Get your act together please.

### 1/5 — Swift command

*2022-09-12, version 8.9.4*

Rubbish don’t bother

### 1/5 — No connection

*2021-10-10, version 8.9.4*

Cannot even connect to the caravan. It sees the control panel then doesn’t connect

### 1/5 — Terrible interface

*2021-05-30, version 8.9.4*

This app needs a complete rewrite. It is so in-intuitive and over complicated. It requires a product designer with an understanding of user experience to revamp it.

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2021-02-04, version 8.9.4*

No point clicking to remember my details. This app is incapable of any single function that is repeatable. App development requires a complete overhaul. Shocking as we are in lockdown and for many the only mechanism to check on the caravan!

### 1/5 — Bluetooth just

*2020-03-09, version 8.9.4*

Doesn’t work

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Alex40404

*2021-09-04*

Superbe application mais pourriez-vous faire la version française. Cordialement

### 5/5 — Swift Command App

*2019-01-24, version 8.9.4*

Very easy to use and simple way to control your Caravan both on and off site that well deserve five stars. However the instructions for how to install, use and control the Caravan systems especially the heating are dreadful so the rating here is zero stars. Swift need to re-write the instructions and get them proof checked by real Caravan users. In my case even the Caravan dealership had to make several phone calls to the supplier of the app before they could fathom out the instructions.

### 5/5 — Super App

*2018-09-25, version 8.9.4*

I installed this app as I sell Swift Caravans and wanted to be able to use the app during product demos. Very intuitive and works brilliantly with the updated 2019 vans. If you’re down at the NEC you’ll find me on the Swift stand or just call me on 07967750118 Matt Vennard.

### 4/5 — It’s ok

*2018-08-20, version 8.9.4*

Bought a new swift this year and the app is very hit or miss. The heating and hot water function is quite confusing at first, would be much better to separate these functions, just like some smart home heating apps. As soon as you leave the app you have to reconnect, and when using the app to monitor your towing and alko systems it doesn’t stay connected to your vehicle unless you have the app open for your whole journey, even then it disconnects sometimes. Principal is good and was a selling point to me but it does need some work soon.

### 4/5 — Seems to work

*2018-08-15, version 8.9.4*

After reading many poor reviews of this system I’m pleased to say it seems to work fine on my van.

### 3/5 — Swift Command app

*2018-08-19, version 8.9.4*

Have this app installed on iPhone and iPad for Bluetooth control when in our Swift caravan. App installation straightforward, but had to concentrate to follow instructions setting up Bluetooth. When near van Bluetooth is stable. Have made Swift aware of an anomaly of 1 hour in time displayed (BST vs GMT) when using app on an Apple device, compared to accessing on a Windows PC. Remote access over internet very useful for monitoring alarm incidents and battery condition, though ‘forgetting’ Login ID and Password can be tedious ! Developers have helped sort some teething issues I have reported, and I think this feature has a great potential if current glitches can be flagged & addressed. Also, some features which work OK on a Windows PC do not seem to work via iPad / iPhone app.

### 2/5 — Very Poor App Updated

*2024-09-02, version 8.9.4*

Looks like this app isn’t supported. No developer responses for any reviews!
Pretty poor really.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well with iOS 17

*2023-09-22, version 8.9.4*

As per the title, the UI doesn’t function properly on iOS 17. When selecting a menu item, the option to go back isn’t available and the only way to get back to the main menu is to close the app and reopen.

### 2/5 — Bluetooth issues mainly

*2018-09-30, version 8.9.4*

This app has trouble connecting to the swift command in our caravan. Once it is eventually connected, it doesn’t stay connected for long. I have to keep logging in every time I minimise the app it’s so frustrating. Other Bluetooth devices I own stay connected so why can’t this? It has a “remember password” box that doesn’t work either.

### 2/5 — Missed opportunity

*2018-09-21, version 8.9.4*

This app could have been the thing that made our caravan super easy to operate. The control panel in the van is always going to be harder to use but an app should be so easy. You need to get a decent UX designer onto it.

In particular, with the heating I just want a big fat ‘on’ button! I can control the heating through the EC600 control panel, the Alde control panel and the app, but not one of them makes it easy to even know if the heating is on it not!

Make this great and I’m much more likely to be another Swift....
