Messages under history works so I can see next load. One of us isn’t driving and we should be able to use app. Please change this frustrating feature. Just deleted app and reloaded and still blocks you u from using with in motion. Please change this so the driver that ISN’T driving can use app again. It saves a lot of time for us to use the app in motion. ### 4/5 — Very good except... *2020-02-18, version 2.1* I hate that I can’t accept a load if I’m sitting passenger seat because of the GPS saying I’m in motion. I know it’s a safety feature to prevent drivers from being on their phones while driving but sometimes we aren’t driving while in motion. Add on a feature that asks, “Are you driving,” with a Yes or No feature. There are glitches once in a while. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to log in. If you don’t have a signal or WiFi you can’t log in. But if you don’t have a signal there isn’t much you can do anyway. June 2019. ### 3/5 — Reply needs to be activated *2019-05-21, version 1.1* While this app is truly useful in many ways the lack of being able to respond makes it nothing more than a broken Qualcomm. No matter the message I still need to go to my truck to reply. Example: Occasionally I like to spend the night in a hotel instead of the truck. I get load info/changes to my phone but I need to get up and go outside to reply to it. Another: My truck is getting repaired or maintained. I can’t sit in it so I’m in the terminal. If I get a message I can’t respond without the use of the Qualcomm. Please fix. ### 1/5 — This app is trash *2019-04-25, version 1.1* Should’ve just left it as one app the way it was. This app crashes all the time! Now you can’t even write in the free form section & it’s not capable with the new apple phones. The engineer needs to be fired if he can’t write the codes. I know freshman in college who can write better code then this idiot. There also should be no toggle when the phone is in unlocked portrait orientation just like the music app on iPhone & other apps. Get that 20th century dinosaur off of the app designing team. ### 1/5 — Error 500 *2019-04-24, version 1.1* This app for months have error 500 when trying to login. You have to constantly be exiting and trying again till you login. Also, randomly crashes. I have missed out on pt because this app wasn’t working. So choppy it can make you a chop salad out of nuts and bolts. I don’t know who needs to step up but someone needs to do something about this app or come up with a better way for drivers to scan their documents. Mega carrier? Unable to complete any swift university on the app, I’ve been trying to complete a 15min class for about 2 hours because of the constant crashes and issues. I specifically selected for apps NOT to ask for a rating or review in app, and Swift is STILL VIOLATING THEIR DEVELOPERS LICENSE AGREEMENT by forcing it to pop up anyway. And what’s worse? It doesn’t say “NO, or DO NOT ASK AGAIN,” or actually says “YES, or LATER.” I’ve brought this to the developer’s attention twice before and they claimed to have “fixed,” it.
