In*Gauge gives drivers and owners access to tools wherever they are. We have overhauled our app to improve look, feel and functionality for our drivers. As you have seen, we have also separated into two apps. In*Gauge is intended to enhance and speed up your tasks and communication with tools you can use anytime of day. Dial*In is intended to provide tools more focused on loads and gives you access to some Qualcomm features while you are away from the truck. In*Gauge features include: - Trip Scan - Voice Your Choice - Safety CER - On Road - Claims We will continue to improve the current features and introduce more functionality. Needs an update or something please. ### 1/5 — Great app but....... *2023-12-22, version 8.0* The interface is great but when there is an error or the app crashes for no reason there is no specific error message you are given. If there was an error message given when these things happen then when you call into tech support they could easily find the issue and resolve it rather than telling you that they will make a report and get back to you. They really need to update it. It crashes or stops working completely every week like clockwork. Doesn’t matter if your internet is amazing or not. Even the website goes down with a “internal error”. Just goes to show that the who make their apps are about as good as the drivers who work for the company. ### 2/5 — Not working properly *2023-03-29, version 8.0* The last few days the app says the server is unidentified?! What’s the problem this is the way we get paid. There should be a way to manually enter the trip sheet without scanning it because that’s where the problem is residing.
