Luego, habia que activarla en un link y no encontraron mi eSim para acrivarla “no record found”. Intente comunicarme pero es una perdida de tiempo, tienen un bot que no hace nada, nadie contesta las llamadas y quedan en llamarlo a uno y nunca llaman. “Gracias por esperarnos. Lo sentimos, en este momento no podemos llamarte. Por favor, Intenta más tarde y con mucho gusto te ayudaremos. Swift Móvil”. He recibido este mensaje 15 veces. Ya no sirva para nada esta aplicación. Para nada absolutamente, ni siquiera para consultar saldo. Comentario anterior: El servicio de Swift me ha encantado, tiene muy buena señal en general y los paquetes son accesibles y versátiles de acuerdo a las necesidades del usuario. La e-sim me funciona excelente y fue muy fácil la portabilidad desde mi operador anterior. La app la tienen que trabajar más, ya que los botones de opciones no funcionan, nunca he podido comprar desde ella sino que me toca entrar desde el navegador.
