But the main bottleneck is the capability of their tech team and a pathetic release management/ hot fix process. Their team keep breaking critical features while introducing new changes or existing bug fix. No concept of proper regression test or sanity check while pushing new builds. Moreover their hot fix timeline to fix some critical feature is also concerning (specially for ios platforms,it gets neglected).
