Only reason for docking a point is that they have hidden the features such as face unlock, seeing visitors etc behind a subscription. This is not Netflix. Most people don’t want to pay subscription for apartment security system. This should be rolled into whatever they are charging the building owners not charge tenants. Kinda annoying that everything is a subscription these days. Otherwise a great system. When you try to open the door via the app, it doesn’t work because the panel is offline. For thousands of dollars, I’d HOPE this works for at least a year.
