in terms of speed, they are quick to get your food delivered. 
But in terms of customer service, very poor. I had complained about an order (of over $80) how the food was spilt in the bag, stuff with incorrect. And the person whom I texted responded to only one of my texts, never responded again. They force a tip, it isn’t an option. 
Very disappointing. Don’t use -

**Developer response:** Hello- we apologize you didn’t enjoy our service. We definitely recommend giving us a call for any major issues so we can promptly take care of the issue. We are a locally owned business and managers are out in the field daily. Calls would be the best for a prompt response about any major issues. We do utilize texts for minor communication. We also do require a tip as your drivers are independent contractors and don’t make an hourly rate. With high gas prices we have to make it worth it for the driver to deliver the order. After paying for gas and other vehicle related expenses they still need to make a profit. We encourage you to give us a call to discuss any issues you may have. Thanks for supporting local!
