The app constantly tells me the session ended while we are mid-session. 

It also constantly claims the line is bound, when it isn’t. This is particularly easy to reproduce when going very slow (~5mph).

I hate to be harsh, but holy moly, after spending nearly a grand on a kit and it not even including a remote, AND the app is terrible… it’s hard to be anything other than frustrated.

For an app with one feature it can’t even do that because it will disconnect randomly and the only way to use it is unplug the device

Software is just plain not working. I was able to connect once. Won’t connect again. Messing with it all day!

Used it for the first time and I get a notice that  it is over heating.  I understand there is a time limit for the safety of the dog but this is something more.  I only got in two sessions with a break in between. Not sure who to contact about this to get it resolved.  I hope they can correct this as my dog seemed to really enjoy it!  It is also very delayed in switching directions.

Got my swiftpaws chase last week. Waited for the iOS update to kick in. Updated the app and my chase is still super buggy. The device disconnects from my app constantly.

The app connected perfectly to my unit. I did not experience the bugs some of the other reviews reported. I think they rolled out an update and fixed the issue. This game has been amazing fun for our Bernedoodle Luna!

This app keeps getting better with age.
So glad they support it anytime we have an issue.
They even have a Teams chat for customers to participate and help remove bugs which I love about them.
