Start the trip without waiting for payment If a customer booked by card and their payment has not landed yet, you can still set off. Payment is collected before you mark the delivery complete, so you are never waiting around at pickup. Customer paid cash instead? Card booking, but they hand you cash at the door? Tap "Customer paid cash instead?" and it is recorded properly. Your commission comes out of your wallet and the cash stays with you. Multi stop deliveries These are paid before you set off, because goods are handed over at each stop along the way. Delete your account in the app You can now request account deletion directly from the app, without contacting support.
